LEGAL ENVIRONMENT OF BUSINESS 2 (BME-212164)
Course Description: Examine how specific areas of law deal with disruptions in norms of business behavior. Includes agency, partnerships, corporations and selected aspects of regulatory law. Consider the law's goal for stability in guiding business relationships and the dynamic nature of law in responding to our changing social, political, regulatory and economic environment. Note: this course has a required access card which will be sent with your text when ordered from the Empire State College Bookstore. Prerequisite: Legal Environments of Business 1 or equivalent. This online course is offered through Online Learning.
