EDUCATIONAL PLANNING: TRANSITION TO BACCALAUREATE HEALTH PROFESSIONS (EDU-234344)
Course Description: In this 8-week course, students will plan a program of study leading to the baccalaureate degree, focused around students’ understanding of the health professions, as well as their analysis of their own academic and professional skills, experiences and goals. During this process, students identify concepts and skills needed to perform effectively in the baccalaureate health professions. Students will be introduced to the core competencies for health care professionals and the role of interprofessional education in the health professions. The course is intended for students only enrolled in the BS in Allied Health program. This online course is offered through Online Learning. You can take this as an individual course or as part of an online degree program, with term starts in March, May, September, November and January. View current term offerings and all online courses.
