Course Description: Examine schools as organizations from a personal and a sociological perspective. Examine the current system of public schooling in the United States, including the historical, social and political forces that have shaped it. Compare different views of public schooling, consider issues of school reform and develop positions on the future of public schooling in America. This online course is offered through Online Learning.
