Description: Study provides an understanding of the theory and regulation of federal taxation of corporations and partnerships. Includes estate and gift taxes; taxation of corporations; corporate liquidations, reorganizations, and distributions; and limited and general partnerships. Activities include readings and study problems associated with the theoretical topics as well as preparation of actual tax forms.
