Description: Examine a broad spectrum of theories concerning the biological, psychological and social components of motivation. Throughout the course, students relate theoretical issues to their personal and professional lives. Projects and essays are focused on the interaction of theory and its practical application to the understanding and assessment of motivation and performance.
