Description: Review contemporary issues of policy, law and ethics in criminal justice and emergency management, including drug policy and enforcement, gun regulation, racial profiling, cameras in the courtroom, the privatization of prisons and the consequences to civil liberties of the fight against terrorism. This course is intended as a capstone study for students in criminal justice and emergency management.
