Description: Develop an understanding of the theoretical, institutional, historical, and empirical aspects of money and banking. Gain insight into the relationship between the government's changing fiscal and monetary policies (especially the role of the Federal Reserve System) and the economy and how that relationship affects economic and business decisions. This course meets the general education requirement in Social Science.
