Course Description:


Examine a broad spectrum of theories concerning the biological, psychological and social components of motivation. Throughout the course, students relate theoretical issues to their personal and professional lives. Projects and essays are focused on the interaction of theory and its practical application to the understanding and assessment of motivation and performance.

Important Note: May 2009 will be the last term this course is offered.

This course fully meets the General Education requirement in Social Sciences.
