Course Description:


Explore the origins, purposes, evaluation, methods and future of the labor movement.

Relevant to students interested in labor, management, or personnel studies or programs in business, history, policy studies, political science and philosophy. Basic understanding of American history and introductory sociology necessary.

Note: January Term 2004 is the last term this course will be offered in print version and is limited to students who need this course as part of their concurred degree program. In future terms, it will be offered online (263154) in the May Term.
