Description: An additional 2--6 credit, up to a maximum of 10 credits, may be earned through field study and research in Sweden, the United Kingdom, and other nations as approved by the Area Coordinator. The student will execute her/his field study under the joint supervision of Empire State college faculty and faculty of Orebro University and/or the University of Bristol (England) in the case of a United Kingdom field study. Other nation field studies will be supervised by Empire State College faculty and others at the discretion of the Area Coordinator, In all cases, field study will require additional charges for travel, study and personal expenses, and for fees.

This option, Comparative Public Policy Practicum, may be taken only after completion of 164206, Comparative Public Policy, 6 credits, and the nation(s) in which the field study will be undertaken must be the subjects of 164206.
