Description: Focus on the thinking/learning process and develop skills of analysis, synthesis, evaluation, and application in considering how scholars in the humanities and social sciences explore some of the same phenomena, but from different perspectives and with different methodologies. Examine some of the assumptions made by scholars in these disciplines, and how these--as well as ideologies--affect their modes of inquiry.
