Description: Study the origins of social welfare and the effects it has on the present human service delivery systems. Examine the relationships of needs to resources in human service organizations, and the relationships between an agency's mission and goals and its acquisition, allocation, and management of resources. Interviewing people who are directors of human service agencies will enable students to relate theories and concepts to their real world application in human service organizations. Design a funding plan for a services delivery program.
