Description: Focus on the sociological and psychological foundations of behavior in organizations, and the fundamental tension between the needs and experiences of individual organization members and the objectives and structures of an organization. Topics include individual and group decision making; organizational theory; motivation; communication; leadership and management; power and control; organizational diversity; organizational culture; organizational conflict; ethics; and group dynamics.
