INTRODUCTION TO CHILD CARE MANAGEMENT (EDU-234424)
Course Description: The purpose of this study is to explore the role of the administrator in an early care and education program. At an introductory level, this course reviews many facets of the job including topics such as organizational structure, program policies and procedures, ethics, staffing and staff development, financial operations, program evaluation, and/or practices to support families. Please note: This course does not count towards the Children’s Program Administrator Credential. This online course is offered through Online Learning.
