The ability to critically plan, implement and evaluate programs is essential for human service managers and public administrators at all levels. This course is the middle of a sequence of three courses that normally begins with either Human Service Management or Introduction to Public Administration and concludes with Funding and Human Services or Public Finance and Budgeting. Students develop a program of their choice from start to finish and may focus on newly created grassroots initiatives, a new program focus for an existing non-profit, or a new initiative for a public agency.
