RESEARCH PRACTICUM (SOC-283824)
Course Description: This course provides students with an opportunity to conduct a social research project on a topic of their choice. It is expected that students will have completed a formal research proposal and IRB training prior to the registration of this course. During the course of the research, students will review relevant literature, collect and analyze data and present the research findings in a major paper. Completion of a formal research proposal in a previous course or study; good understanding of social research methods; successful completion of Citi online training; preparation of IRB proposal if needed. This online course is offered through Online Learning.
