This edition (1999) of the policies and procedures manual utilized the draft of the policies circulated by the Office of Academic Affairs in 1996. No commentary affecting the substance of the policies was received. Changes reflected in the this manual include the addition of new policies and procedures circulated to the College community, established policies that were not previously incldued, and modifications of existing policies. The various administrative reorganizations necessitated changing descriptions of responsibilities and processes, thus existing policies were modified to reflect those changes. Revisions to policies and procedures approved and circulated subsequent to the inital publication of the printed version are included and will continue to be included in this online version.
