TEACHING AND MENTORING EXPERIENCE
Empire State College, State University of New York, Saratoga Springs, New York, (1985-Present).

Mentor/Coordinator, Johnstown Unit, (1985-1992), 1996-Present).
Develop and implement a pilot ESC/Community College cooperative venture. Advise adult students in designing nontraditional, baccalaureate degree programs; teach a variety of independent, individualized philosophy studies; mentor students in a range of disciplines; participate in college governance coordinate administrative functions of learning unit; coordinate integrated FMCC/ESC Baccalaureate degrees.

Associate Dean of Students, Union College, Schenectady, New York, (1979-1983).
Advised and counseled students and organizations; administered student judicial system; wrote and edited student affairs publications; supervised staff development; collected and interpreted data regarding student needs and attitudes; planned and coordinated special functions; served as liaison to the Admissions and Academic Affairs offices; supervised Student Affairs office in Dean’s absence.

Designed and coordinated minority admissions and support programs; conducted interviews with prospective candidates; evaluated admissions credentials; formulated admissions recruitment strategies.
